Most of us have never been taught how to build great relationships, raise children, or to be content and find meaning in life. Thus we experience a great deal of anxiety, depression and negative feelings. Sometimes the components of well-being you already have within you get jumbled and need to be adjusted. You can put together a healthy and harmonious life once you learn how to do so.
Many times errors in our thinking lead us to feel bad and spiral downward or become anxious or depressed. Have you ever been in situations that seem overwhelming? Perhaps your relationships at work or at home need to be strengthened and better developed. Maybe you feel as if you have more to offer in life and do not know how to reach your authentic potential. Happiness is a goal for your life that you can make happen. Learning to recognize and discount thinking errors is a critical tool in making the journey of life a conscious meaningful and happy experience.
I would like to teach you how to take the building blocks that you already have and put them to use in order for you to meet your goals in life. The ancient Greeks referred to this as ἐντελέχεια or “entelecheia” which is the human journey making actual one's potential. Each of us has great potential which can be unlocked using the building blocks you already have in order to have meaningful positive experiences.
